Data integration use case

It contains

  1. Three datasets (ULCPP, HESH, EMAP)
  1. Three coding sheets for Species in ULCPP, HESH, EMAP
       (1) ULCPP and HESH coding sheets are directly from Keith. I did not make any change on them.
       (2) EMAP coding sheet is very similar to ULCPP coding sheet by adding some more codes (see Huiping's note on the modification) 
  2. One ontology file for ULCPP Species (ULCPP Species ontology (of the coding). To get ontology of the concepts, need to combine with ULCPP Species coding sheet)

    Need to have one ontology on the concepts directly.
